Frank Holiway's Retirement Party

Frank with his better half, Debbie.
After 36 years of service, Frank Holiway retired from the University of Tennessee. He worked as the purchaser for the MSE department. Many family and friends came out to celebrate and thank him for all his help and encouragement over the years.
