These interactive structures are snapshots of a final configurations of a MD simulations of Ethanol (C2H5OH) using the OPLS-AA Potential [1]. The phases have been determined by using our VorMD method [2]. The molecules are colored according to there phase (green = liquid, red = vapor; blue = neither liquid nor vapor) .

Temperature = 375 K.


Temperature = 400 K.


Temperature = 425 K.


Temperature = 450 K.


Temperature = 472 K. For this temperature the coloring convention changes. The red molecules are vapor, the green molecules are liquid, and the blue molecules can be concidered as liquid and vapor
